Couple Questions;
Requirements for those that want to sponsor and how many will be allowed to sponsor?
How will it be decided on who is outside the LS can attend LS runs. Will it be like SOAP?
One point of concern for me about the days being changed would be how it will effect other days for attendance for other events aka Bahamut 2 & similar events like these.

Heie was talking about making 2 weeks a cycle so 2/4 runs. We could do the first 4 runs of a month and the last 4 runs. Still working on these ideas though so if anyone has anything they would like to add or change feel free to share your ideas.

If we switch up the order there shouldn't be any reason why someone would consistently miss the zone they need. Also the floor is open for times/days that would be best for people. If there is some reason that you wou ldn't be able to come to the current DX times let us know. No one should really be worried about only being able to hit 50% of the runs at this point.

That all depends on how many people in ultima want to sponser. If its under 10 (which I am pretty sure it is) would like to get a rotation going on, so its fair to everyone. If we have more then 10 ultima members that want to sponser would most likely do it how DX is done now. The LS would have to select someone else to take the main part of sponsering until soj comes back.
So how does everyone want to handle outsiders coming to our dynamis? It is strickly invite only. And outside people need to pull their weight or they will be gone. Question is what does everyone think is reasonable number to invite per run, week, or cycle depending how we want to do it. I would like to keep the number of people we invite low until we know the outside people are pulling thier weight and we won't have to babysit them. We would want enough people so we can clear xarc (eventually) on a consistant basis but don't want so many people that it takes forever to get AF. Also only want people that will be there the majority of the runs. Outside members found cherry picking will get a /breaklinkshell
The days that we do it is up to you guys. Very few people are giving me info for when they would like to do runs. Zeri said something about moving the time up but didn't say how much time she wanted pushed up. Without anyone saying I would like it at such and such time I can't know what to poll for the day/time. The way its looking now is that it would stay at the same times DX currently is. So let me know what day/time would be good for you so I can put it up for vote.
In response to what Nekio and Defiant were saying about monthly cycles rather then 2 week cycles. I personally don't care which one it is. But if you look at it from a 2 week cycle stand point its easy for new people or people that couldn't go to dynamis for awhile to jump into dynamis and be lotting before long.
If its a monthly cycle. (I'll use soj as example) We go and do runs July and August. Soj gets his computer fixed the last week of August. He starts coming to dynamis but can't lot for the whole month of September now cause he can't hit the 50% attendance.
So having it at a month cycle really screws someone that gets caught up with RL things. Personally I think I would go crazy if I had to go to dynamis for 4-6 weeks and not lot a damn thing. Where as it would only be 1-2 weeks you couldn't lot if we did 2 week cycles.
Its up to the LS to decide though how you guys want our dynamis runs to go. If everyone wants monthly cycles then we will do monthly cycles.
I need for people to give me more input on how you want the LS's dynamis to work. I can't make the LS happy if I don't know what people want. So please voice your opinion on how you want to see our dynamis runs look.
What do you need sorted? I'm leading LS dynamis with yelsaewnor helping me out.
If DX is going to be ending, and Ultima Limbus beginning I'd like to continue sponsoring until my debts are paid off. Also, how will 100 Notes be handled? In SOAP they used to go to the sponsor since we were using lower #'s than what was considered normal. Will this happen with the new shell, or will they be treated how they are in DX?
Didn't want to get into whats going to happen with 100's (even wootz ores) yet. But I would like to see them go to the sponser. Would like to see wootz ores go towards salvage groups so it easier for people to upgrade but would need a salvage group that is open to the whole LS to be fair. We will address what will happen with drops other then AF after some of the other details are ironed out. LS dynamis isn't starting till July
so we have plenty of time to figure out all the details on how we want it to run.
And of course you can keep sponsering Gunman. Want anyone in ultima that is upgrading a relic to have chances sponser. Even though you have your relic already you still need to pay off your debt.
This is straying from the topic a bit but the phrase "salvage group that is open to the whole LS" is a bit misleading, given the nature of salvage (hard limit of 18 people and realistic limit of 6-8 people for effective runs in most areas). Everyone who wants to do salvage is free to do salvage, and if people are waiting for someone to hold their hand and walk them through it, that's no one's fault but their own.
Erm, that said, I agree with wootz ores going to people with salvage items for body, there's lots of precedent for this in how we have treated similar drops in the past.

Following up on what Benny said about Salvage if there is anyone who would like to start up a Salvage group send me a PM please. I have been wanting to do salvage for a while but have not been able to find enough people with the right jobs who were interested.
I agree that it would help the most people directly if wootz ores go to people who have salvage body items to upgrade.

Benny I agree with you. But we have people that do salavage and its closed group. There honestly shouldn't be any hand holding and walking people through anything in this LS. But for say 8 people in the LS to run off with the wootz ore that others are doing the hard work for isn't fair. This is why I wanted to avoid this topic until we have more things organized with dynamis. We will address whats going to happen with drops other then AF but atm I would rather know what time/days we will be going, Whats going on with outsiders coming to dynamis among other things.
