All righty guys. Trying to get this going right at the start of July. Any suggestions you have for LS dynamis post here.

First off we need a name for the new LS. Post any suggetsions for the name. As of right now it would be dynamisInc. (Dynamis Incorporated)

We have the possiblity of moving the days/times we do dynamis. I will start a poll for what time would be best but want to hear what would work best for everyone. Could even do something like Wednesday night and Sunday afternoon.

Since we want everyone to come even if you don't get anything out of it. Would like any suggestions for lotting stuff. Points, 50% attendance, (like how limbus works) nothing at all or any other ideas you might have so we can avoid cherry picking.

And any suggestions anyone has just for making our dynamis runs better.

Wednesday night/Sunday afternoon works well for me personally.

50% attendance makes a lot of sense, I like the fact that it doesn't completely bone someone who can only make one of the two days due to work schedule or something. Maybe we can start a google spreadsheet or something to keep track. My real concern would be the balance between sponsors (who obviously want runs with high currency count) and the majority of attendees (who probably need northlands AF more than city). We haven't really talked about this much yet but I do see it as vital to success, that everyone needs to be generally happy.

Everyone going with us would have city clears most likely. Maybe instead of starting off with all city clears and working towards northlands at the end of the month we could have a city run and a northland run each week. That would hopefully keep people who need currency as wellas people who need AF happy. I also like the idea of 50% attendance.
 
Sounds good to me... I'd prefer to keep the current times for Dyna.

If you do that, and there is a concern about 50% attendance, maybe make it so that Week A is northlands on run #1 and a city on run #2, and Week B is a city on run #1 and northlands on run #2. And maybe even do it so it's two weeks of Glacier for northlands, then two weeks of Xarcabard.

I personally like this idea. Having 50% on monthly basis is kinda long. Having it by week or 2 weeks seems a lot more practical. Having a cycle every 2 weeks makes the most sense to me. Would need people to be there 2/4 runs in a cycle seems sensable.

Having 1 city and 1 northland run seems a bit much every week. How does it sound having it work like this. (Saying we get 8 runs out of the month)

W# being the week C = City and N = Northland.
Could change one of the city runs to a CoP run also so we can get capes/belts and some +1.

Also we could always move dynamis to tuesdays and move whatever is going to be happening on tuesdays to wednesdays if that works better for some people. Not sure but I think Fodder said we could even move some other stuff around. (maybe) So we do have some flexablity on how we want to do this.

My main concern is about Northlands runs, especially since previous discussions made Beaucedine Glacier runs sound iffy and Xarcabard runs sound out of scope. The only AF2 I don't have is from those zones (not counting CoP, from which I still desperately want the whm belt).
 
Are we able push up the time at all? I'd love to do some dynamis with the LS, but DX usually got started too late and I'd hate to have to consistently leave early.

It might take a little practice but if people are paying attention and know what to do there's no reason we can't take glacier/xarc.

Northland runs shouldn't be an issue. We are going to let outside people come to our dynamis. But 1. outside people can only lot AF 2. It is going to be very selective for those to come who are not in the LS. Anyone outside the LS not pulling thier weight or cherry picking will be gone.

Glacier can be done with 18 people. Xarc can be farmed with 18 people. I have acctully heard of Xarc being cleared with 30 people. (They had like 8 drk's with 3-4 K clubs but still.)

That is completely up to the LS to decide. What times would work best for you? Once we have some date/times that work for different people gonna poll it and that will be our time. I personally would like to see the times offset. Like wednesday night and sunday afternoon that way we are never stuck waiting cause we went in late the run before.

This sounds good. As long as we mix it up so that its not cities only at the beginnining of the month and northlands only at the end. I understand some people may end up only being able to make one day or another so switching up the days for each is a good idea.
 
I agree with the 50% rule. Ono's ls name wins. And I'll do both northlands and cities with a song in my heart. :)
 
Who would eventually end up being the "head" of this linkshell? Like Garret is known as the "owner" of DX, who would run this shell? Some of you having power scares the living shit out of me.
 
HEY, once I get a new computer i'll be able to log on. I don't want to come back to a bunch of faggots invading the shell (oh shi too late) or some retards running a dynamis shell. The ideas seem sound so far, was just curious, SHIT.
 
Glad to hear you are looking out for the shell's well being. Wish more people did that.
