I kept track of all the drop with a pen and paper infront of me and Garret, Haku, I were fully unlocked. We double checked like 3 times and none of us had any icons (pathos) on.
Would agree with freak, people have used cells at the spot where frog is only to watch it pop in front of them as the third person fully unlocked. Nothing to do with who ported.
Some one didn't use a cell or used one when para'ed and wasn't fully unlocked.
Maybe we should unlock in front of the NM next time? I dunno, we checked several times about being unlocked and, unless somone was lying - which I doubt - I have no idea what went wrong.
