Might be way too late to be of any use at this point, but the best way I've found to skill up Enhancing is to target the Volunteers in Besieged. They don't buff themselves, so you can just spam Pro/Shell I on them. Can't say whether it works all the way to 75 or not, but it's just as effective as casting Cures on them for Healing skillups.
