Water cooling is not difficult. With the exception of the waterblock, I built my own from scratch from a humidifier tank, a submersible pump, assorted brass fittings, transmission cooler and a few 120 mm fans. It worked great but was a pain to move. I ran my Athlon 700 at 1.2 Ghz with that for 2 yrs.
