I've only done one test so far, but I think I can really make this work, lol.
I'm only sitting with 14% equipment haste right now (because I'm retarded and haven't gone for a Swift Belt yet) and did this minus the haste spell. It did kill the Manticore, but not with the grace you see in the other videos though.
20 hits/30 secs, but that's without the Haste spell and a sat equipment build.
Let me keep working SAM, get a little more haste gear, and try again with the Haste spell as well. I think this is gonna be neat. That is the fastest I've personally ever hit with a Scythe before though, lol.
18% Haste Build + 9% Rune Chopper = 25% Cap, I should be able to reach the speeds in the first video.
