Not sure when exactly it started, but it's probably a recent problem and I've only just noticed it, but the in-game local time is off by an hour for me. Unlikely to be a daylights saving issue since the time is offset the wrong way. Server time is correct though. Asked around and it seems I'm the only one with this issue so it might not be a bug.
I've tried a few fixes: restarted the game, restarted my computer, changed my computer's time zone settings (including turning off and on auto time zone detection). The local time is still wrong. I've even deliberately set my computer's local time manually to be off by several hours, and still the in-game local time remains the same.
Any help?
