I know we have discussed this topic before, but I am hoping that we see healing improve to the point where we actually have to heal frequently instead of being a green DPS. When I was doing the relic world tour, I did the leveling dungeons for Dawntrail (7.0) and it reminded me that they said we would heal more and for a time, we did.
The leveling dungeons of Dawntrail (7.0) did require us to heal a lot more but once we got out of the leveling dungeons into the normal Expert roulettes, we fell back to not requiring any healing at all.
I am hoping that if we do get to heal more, it's not just in the Evercold (8.0) leveling dungeons and the actual Expert roulettes as well. I am worried though, I read that Yoshi is having the new tank have a lot of sustain, not only for themselves but also for the group.
This is the last expansion where I am going to give the Devs a chance at allowing healers to be healers and not just green DPS. I really want to heal, I love it and it is very fulfilling and fun when I get to do it. I have high hopes that Evolved mode brings fun back to healers and let us be healers... time will tell, I am hopeful but also very worried after the tank announcement.
