 | First of all, I'm now completely convinced it's a crossbow DPS. Falcon is obviously involved since we heard the SFX from Soken during European Fan Fest, but others have also pointed out what seems to be the sound of a bolt being knocked into place in a crossbow. Well, we can see what people sometimes refer to as a "wand" in Visna's hand actually looks like a crossbow bolt. Specifically, a crossbow bolt without any fletching (stabilizing fins) made to stack up neatly in the magazine of a medieval Chinese repeating crossbow called a Chu-ko-nu. You've got the pointed head, and the cylindrical body. That's the only 2 parts on a Chu-ko-nu bolt. Also, I have another more far-out speculation that the heads of these bolts are of the same material as the crystals that are a part of the floating shooter enemies (I will call them floaters for convenience). While fending off the falcon, her hand hits the tip of the bolt, which causes it to flash and reveal this blue sigil. When you flip that sigil around, it looks like a floater right before they shoot. Visna is holding the bolt upside-down. So my guess with that information is that the new job doesn't just have any crossbow, but specifically a repeating crossbow, and these bolt heads are carved out of fragments of the floaters' crystals before being attached to the shaft. Depending on the elemental affinity of the floater the bolt head was carved out of, it has different effects, and upon the bolt making contact with the enemy, the sigil springs to life and a magical attack is induced.
