Seriously...
I realized that despite my email having a ton of old subscription emails, I couldn't login because my name was lowercase in their system...okay fine.
So I reset my password because I had a trial account and my normal account, but couldn't remember the username logged into my PS4.
So I went ahead and reset my password...yeah it just straight up doesn't work. I reset my password 4 times on both accounts, and the square enix account login just simply does not recognize it. After resetting and trying with various capital letter sin my email, I cannot login to my account no matter what I do.
It's not even that I have the e-mail wrong. To re-iterate...I am SUCCESSFULLY resetting my password...and the fucking website is NOT letting me login with my new password even AFTER realizing their dumb fucking email system is case sensitive and so I am resetting using lower cases....but I can't login using lower cases..... WTF.
How is this possibly this horrid? And the support isn't open all weekend.
Guess the FFVII nostalgia run off to get back into this game is going to get killed. Wanted to spend tomorrow getting back into it but I can't handle how shitty this is.
