What's the highest level duty you've seen a player unironically without a job crystal?

After 3 days of roulettes in a row where someone was missing a job crystal, I'm curious what the worst everyone has seen is. My record to date was an Arcanist in Dusk Vigil (the 1st Heavensward dungeon).
