I suggest we get an Area Zone for NPC Vendors, like Uldah, New Gridiania, and Limsa Lominsa and more.
These NPC are obtained through land plot area, than to place in a market zone for selling items when you input a valid sellers name, rather then buying on Marketboard.
You can sell thru the NPC, if you gain the item from apartment vendor in either area.
