WHAT IS CASUAL CONTENT?
I think a lot of players are confused about what casual content is. It is not player made content like RP, ERP stuff they allow in Balmung. What Casual Content actually is: side quests, 4 man dungeons, Grand Company Hunts and events you do outside of raiding. I have played this game since realm reborn and have done almost every side quest in this game on multiple characters and have taken every craft to the max level on these characters as well, but these side quests in the game leave a lot to be desired. They always result in the same routine no matter what part of the game you are in.
1. Go find object or talk to a certain person
2. Conflict takes place where you have to fight something and after you defeat something you have to go back to the person you originally went to.
3. Some quest rewards are quite bad.
I am trying to help the game here and not be critical of its developers, so I do hope that anyone who is on FFXIV team is actually reading this post because this is from constant testing and playing the game.
