Since there was no objection to my proposal re: lotting gear/coins/AF in Limbus, I'm going to go ahead and put those rules into effect.
1. One cycle includes 8 Apollyon zones, 6 Temenos zones,1 Proto-Ultima and 2 Proto-Omega fights. The cycle will follow an A > O > A > O > T > U format. Runs will be on Monday at 8:00EST and Thurs at 8:30EST sharp. Please gather 15 minutes in advance so we don't run late into Einherjar.
2. After each complete cycle (after each Proto-Ultima battle), every member attending will need to declare whether they are lotting an armor set, or AF/coins/items. This can be done via comment for simplicity. I'll assume you do not wish to change if I don't hear from you. You cannot change your declaration mid-cycle, it needs to happen before we start farming for the cycle in question. Once a cycle starts, lotting preference can not be changed until the next cycle.
3. ALL members will make a declaration of Homam/Nashira preference when they join runs for the first time, regardless of whether or not they have any intention of lotting those gear sets. This preference will be recorded, and can be changed after 3 months has elapsed, similar to how we do main/secondary in the general shell.
4. Coins will be distributed as follows: at the end of each run, all of the coins earned that night will be pooled, and 3 coins will be distributed to every member that attended, regardless of attendance/lotting. The remaining coins will be evenly distributed among those lotting AF/coins/items that meet the attendance requirements.
5. Homam and Nashira gear will not be subject to job priority, but those lotting must meet the attendance requirements and must be able to wear the piece at the time of lotting. An example lotting order would be: Gear mains > Gear wearable > Free lot. If you are a main lotter and have a winning lot on a drop, you may lot with the 'Gear wearable' group on the rest of the drops if you also need those.
6. Those lotting Homam or Nashira must attend 70% or more of the runs for the current cycle (the current cycle includes the two previous Proto battles) in order to lot gear that cycle. Proto fights will grant a bonus attendance point. If you are in attendance for a boss fight but there is no longer room in the alliance, you will be given credit for attending but will not recieve the bonus point, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Split zone runs count as one run, for the primary zone.
7. Those declaring coins/AF upgrades must have attended 30% or more of the runs from the previous cycle, including bosses (which grant a bonus attendance point). Those declaring AF/coins will have first priority on all AF upgrades that drop, assuming they have the correct job leveled. If the attendance requirement is not met, these members will still receive the base 3 coins at the end of the run with everyone else. If no one is lotting coins/AF, coins will be split evenly among all members and AF upgrades will be lottable by those with the correct job leveled. AF drops priority is: Coins/AF declared wearable > Wearable (74+) > Free.
8. It is expected that members will attend both Temenos and Apollyon zones. For now, there will be no requirement to maintain 50% attendance for both Temenos and Apollyon zones independently. This is due to my anticipation that we may not have the proper jobs/numbers to run certain zones on specific days, and as such I cannot put out a schedule of zones ahead of time. However, attendance will be recorded.
Please let me know ASAP if anyone has any concerns or suggestions on how to improve these rules so that we can both encourage attendance and keep things fair for the members. This is nowhere near set in stone, but we gotta start somewhere.
