I decided to redownload the game and keep getting this error shortly after launching the game, or as soon as I click play. I reached out to support and have already tried everything they had recommended. Disabling anti-virus, running as admin, changing resolutions. I have reinstalled the game twice and restored it 4-5 times from the launcher. The last thing they said was to try running it on DirectX 9, my computer is currently running DirectX 12. Is there anyway to set just this game up to try and run DirectX 9 or 11? Or would I need to download 11 and have my pc run that for everything and overwrite 12 somehow?
