Hi everyone!
I've been playing FFXIV for quite a while now — around 525 hours on Steam + another 70 on Switch 2 — and somehow I'm still in ShB (can we consider idle time here as well?). I've spent some time doing side quests, leveling other jobs, farming ARR relics and just messing around. I absolutely love this game.
When the Switch 2 came out, I finally managed to convince my fiancée to start playing with me, and she's been loving it. She finished ARR in like a week (Just the base, we did the Ultima Weapon last night)
Anyway, we're getting married in-game tomorrow night!
The problem is... we don't really know anyone else who plays FFXIV, so we basically have nobody to invite lol.
We've both joined FCs, but we have an 8-month-old baby, our gaming time is VERY limited. Discord and even chatting in-game isn't really something we have much time for (specially playing on consoles, PS5 + Switch2). We basically put the little guy to bed, pray for a good night , and if everything goes well we get maybe 2–3 hours to play.
Two days ago we had to withdraw from the Duty Finder queue twice because of him and ended up with the 30-minute penalty I'm sure some FFXIV parents out there can relate.
Soooo after this unnecessarily long backstory:
If anyone would like to come to our wedding, we'd genuinely love to have you!
We can send you an in-game invitation. We just thought it would be way more fun having some actual people there instead of getting married in an empty venue
Date: Tomorrow — August 21
Time: 8:00 PM EST
Data Center/Server: [Dynamis / Halicarnassus]

PS1: The character must have the same Home-World (That sucks)
PS2: I just found out the invitations have to be traded, so if you'd like to come, we'll be outside the church 20–40 mins before the ceremony handing them out!
