I was just watching South Park and heard the female vocals from the very start of the Ramuh theme "Thunder Rolls"! You can hear it in S09E03 "Wing" around 16 minutes in. This episode aired in 2005 though, so I think that wailing is actually a sample that Masayoshi Soken used, and not actually sang by the songs vocalist! The more you know!
