What it says on the tin - obviously all the NPC interactions are the most impressive part, but all the movement felt so dynamic throughout the whole patch. I even noticed WoL had some animations that were unique to the patch as well. It also allowed for a lot more subtlety in the storytelling which I believe the writing greatly benefits from.
That, combined with the huge amount of detail in the new patch zones (including the loading zone for the trial), made the whole patch feel very polished to me.
