Spent some time going over Ethos' message in a few different languages. I'm not extremely fluent in all 4 languages so anyone who is may have more to add!
Something sticks out to me about the non-English translations--it's not ambiguous at all that Ethos' message is one from deep in the ancient past cast out unto the rivers of time to be heard far in the future. The subject matter feels a lot less foggy with no emphasis on offering up red herrings about Rejoinings. The original Japanese and French go as far as imply Ethos was meant for the Warrior of Light by right and that it would find its way to them across time and space.
