They're not a GM and they might not even see this, but Vanessa from support was able to help me restore my account after my PS5's motherboard kicked the bucket and I had to purchase another console and redownload/login again. THANK YOU x 1000! I have 10+ years of stuff in this game and I'm pretty attached to it. <3
