Bootylicious Mistress of the Night
Since we have all 3 tier 1 chips for the temenos zones, I want to try to clear all 3 tier 2s in one day. We've been having some pretty good turnouts lately, so some of the strategies here might not need to be employed, but we'll see how many we get.
All of these are based partially or entirely on this livejournal.
Central Floor 1 (6 mobs) - Yaeko is chipholder
We somewhat did this last time, but this strategy uses even fewer people. The idea is to take the mob pairs down at the same time so that you never have to face them in their berserk mode. The pairs are dragon + eye, skeleton + weapon, ghost + pot. They are pulled to the center area so that both fighting groups are within support range.
Minimum setup:
NIN

RDM
BRD
BLM
From reading the LJ, it sounds like they slept them and then changed repeatedly, but I don't think that's necessary. A NIN should be able to solo each one, for the most part with support from the RDM and BRD, with the BLM providing supplemental damage.
Central Floor 2 (Carbuncle Floor) - Magos is chipholder
This is the most troubling one probably, as Astral flow from the avatars can be quite dangerous. This is mitigated by massive resist sets used by the NINs when tanking the avatar, which is Ifrit. Soul voice carol seems to take care of searing light by itself pretty well, so other than osodes, NINs need no special light resist gear really. NINs do, however, need fire resist gearsets, and the WHM preferably needs capped barspell merits and AF2 legs.
Minimum setup:

WHM/SMN (/SMN to pull light elementals, capped barspell merits and AF2 legs if possible)
BRD
BLM
Elemental kill order to face Ifrit is: Water > thunder > earth > wind > ice.
Central Floor 3 (Beastmen) - Sarahlynn is chipholder
This is probably the easiest of the 3 to pull off with very small numbers. All the normal mobs are burned through as usual, and then 2 of the 3 bosses are killed in the usual order (PLD > WHM). The difference on this one is that when fighting the SMN, at about 75%, one NIN, the BRD and RDM run far far away. At this point, the remaining NIN and the BLM throw everything they have at it until it astral flows. At this point they will die in all likelihood and the other 3 members will move in to finish the job, as they will have been far enough out of range to avoid Astral Flow.
