[Tech Support] - Weird borderless windowed issues (and extreme stuttering)

Borders along left and top sides of game window UI/Game Window isn't shifted-- it only really seems to be affecting the colour and blends into my desktop- shoutouts to giftscop Sorry in advance since I'm not really sure what to say here Extremely frustrated trying to fix issues for the past week and I'm throwing in the towel making a post here asking for help I recently came back to the game after a few months break to extreme lag spikes/stuttering. Never ever had issues with any other game-- seems like it's just FFXIV I tried updating my drivers- no fix. Reinstalled the game overnight- nothing. Now suddenly after reinstalling I am having this strange issue with borderless windowed mode where its like the resolution is not setting properly and I can see into my desktop through slits in the top and left portions of the screen. I've checked that the resolution is set and staying on my native resolution (2560x1440 if it matters) yet the boxes remain. It used to get fixed from shifting the game window over to my other screen and back but now that doesn't seem to be doing any good. Screenshots attached of the odd borders As for my stuttering I have no clue what on earth is happening. It's only FPS, no ping or rubber banding issues. I've seen others have success by rolling back drivers but I haven't gotten to that yet trying to deal with this bwindow issue- though I'm mostly making this post about the window issue rather than the stutters.
