So after learning about the evolved system for tanks in evercold and going to categorize the jobs as MT and OT doesn't really fit with the ability they will have. And a lot of people are not happy about it.
So what i would suggest that the tanks can switch between MT and OT, but they can do the counter and debuffs. And those tanks can be called CT: Counter Tanks and DT: Debuff Tanks.
That way, players can try out the new system while continue to be either main tanks or off tanks.
