I don't know if this is well known or not, just some stuff I learned while playing.
You can use the touch screen to move windows around or resize them.
Press and hold on the touch screen is like right clicking.
During a quest that requires you to give an NPC an item, If you press “Y“ you'll get the item immediately.
Pressing “L“ and the minus button will turn the HUD off and on.
You can use the touch screen while playing Air Force One to shoot the targets much easier. (Just found that out a moment ago.)
