I bought the Switch 2 "complete edition" and liked it to my pc account. I can run the game without any pronlems, until i try to do a duty, any instanced duty. If i queue on duty finder or trying enter occult crescent, after the pop-up message appears i immediatly get disconnected and get a generic error message 90002 or 90001. Every single time. I can't play the game !
I tried to :
- Reset the router, reset the console, reset the connection parameters.
- Disable iPv6, disable custom DNS, open ANY single port suggested by the official FFXIV guide on the router.
- Use another connection (tethering my phone one), same result.
- Tried both cable/wifi connection method on my Switch 2, again, no difference.
Online nobody seems to have my same problem, i live in Italy. Its odd because on my PC i use the same exact connection and i never had such problems in 5 years.
It's okeish if i just do gathering/crafting stuff (expect space exploration or firmament because, again, instanced duty ergo immediatly disconnection) but honestly i bought the game for play ALL the game.
Please i need serious help. Thank you.
ps. Funny thing, when i get disconnected from a duty i don't get any penality from trying to queue again after i log-in again. Like i never was in queue anyway.
