Over the years, we have had various renditions of a similar concept. We had Adventurer Squadrons (AS), Duty Support (DS), and then Trust. We go through leveling up your team in AS, then you use MSQ characters that Level Sync during DS, then you go to Trust where you take those same people from DS, but then have you level them starting at 71.
Can we give some love back to Adventurer Squadrons? My proposition is two-fold:
It's not a lengthy suggestion. Sure, I would love to Grand Companies take a larger stage overall, since they have no real draw to them after ARR or HW.

- Let us use our Adventurer Squadrons in Trusts as well
- Allow Adventurer Squadrons to have Jobs, instead of only allowing our Retainers to have them, because that makes little sense how it is right now
