It would be cool if there was a special pose if the character is at low HP
Job-specific poses: Tanks leaning on weapons, casters clutching catalysts, etc, instead of a generic animation
Visual cues: Smooth transition below 20% HP with heavy breathing or slight fatigue effects
GPose integration: Make the pose available as a manual command/GPose option so players can use it for screenshots
