With all the various "cost" restrictions on housing, why wouldn't you get rid of the requirement to place the Miniature Aetheryte item for teleportation access. EVERY house already has one within a very short time frame of winning a house, it eats up one furnishing slot per plot and feels like a waste. Many people end up hiding it behind their house or under something else. It's fine to keep the furnishing around for those that like the look but.... Just make houses allow teleportation without it!!!!
