I submitted an in game ticket for help , however it feels like all im getting are automated responses.

I was requesting help with items I purchased from the store but accidentally sent to an alt with the same name I had forgotten I had and have not touched in over 4 years.

It was requested of me to delete the items and they could proceed with sending them to the correct character. I was able to delete the one housing items but the mount and emote do not allow me to do so.

I replied stating this and was told, a GM would have to help with that. So requested if a GM could do so. I have been waiting over 10 days now with no progress.

Please HELP
