Squadron Command: Outdated and thoughts on it.

I recently started doing Adventurer squadrons for fun and seeing what its about. I find it nice to have something to assign daily but, its very outdated. All the adventurers are using 2.0 abilities still (eg Largesse, Fists of Earth etc). In addition to bringing adventurers to current classes/abilties I would propose the following:

1) Expanded commands.
Adding new commands for the adventurers to follow will make controlling them more satisfying. In addition to the existing ones I would add the following:
- Focus damage: Causes all followers to immediately use a big damage combo if its available on your targetted creature. If you are in a boss room, it focuses the boos monster.
- Cleanup Monsters: All DPS role followers will focus on killing enemies without the boss tag. Tap again to make all followers focus on non boss enemies
- Patrol File: All followers move to your location (as if just walking around the dungeon) and will deal damage from where they are if possible. Tap again to return to standard combat
The point of these is to deal with boss mechanics. As an example in Hatali, with the third boss, adventurers dont seem to acknowledge the fire ward shield and will attack the now invincible boss (unless you keep using the engage command on the sprites, you will die).

2) Retainer Squadron members.
Even its via liscense purchaseable with seals and waiting 24 hours for them to "pass the training exam", retainers with a combat class should be able to accompany or lead squadrons (even being slightly more powerful at the expense of 1 retainer max per mission).

3) Limited Job Availability
It is singleplayer content so playing as your limited roles in this mode should be allowed. As long as you have at least 1 DPS, 1 Healer and 1 Tank (Or opt to set your limited role as the tank option) then you can enter dungeons. Your not queuing so this experience doesnt affect people doing their dailies.

4) Unique/Limited classes
There are some notable classes in duty support that dont conform to player classes (eg Healer role Red Mage, DPS Gladiator, Pero Roggo etc) so having this as an expression of what the world is might be cool.

5) More Personalities
I have only done a few so havent unlocked alot but I do think adding stances players use like "Off-tank" and such will make more combinations of teams


I do hope this gets seen and discussed as if a mode is dead, then it being revitalised should be a thought and maybe the devs will see it
