So as I understand it Sahagin need shallows/places with air to raise their young before they can properly develop their gills or something. This is the reason they summoned Leviathan to attack Limsa and take some of the island to use it as a spawning ground right? Is the possibility of teaching the Sahagin whatever technique the Kojin use to create bubbles of air underwater ever brought up? Cause to me it feels like that would solve the problem.
The kojin never really seemed to be reluctant to share their technique since the people of sui-no-sato make use of it, and I assume it would be possible to pay/convince the kojin to teach some Sahagin their methods. It feels like something Novv would be interested in learning/using or even just knowing about.
Is there a reason our WoL or anyone else never seems to even mention the Kojin when talking about the Sahagin's issues? Or have I missed some hidden dialogue somewhere where they do talk about it?
