This might have been discussed years ago, but since I was fairly new, it was pretty novel to me, and I did go see it myself, as now I've gotten slightly better at jump puzzles...
At the Sightseeing Vista 23 (Bokairo Inn) in Kugane, you will find a message carved in Hingan script on the floor next to one of the bathtubs:
おめでとう (o me de to u / “Congratulations”)
んぇ (n e / probs short for 運営/うんえい, ”Game Management Team”? Or is it some NPC's name?)

I wonder if there are other hidden messages like this in the game, and if any quests are hinting at them. Please share what you know
