You can grind the new one time step with Normal Raid Roulette, Trial Roulette, and High-Level Dungeon Roulette. You need 100 of each item and you get 5 per Normal Raid and Trial, and 13 per High-Level Dungeon. That means you can do it in 20 Normal Raids, 20 Trials, and 8 High-Level Dungeons. Also, the daily bonus doesn't matter so you can spam that roulette if you feel like it.
