Data Center: Aether
Frequency: Seen once, not deliberately replicated
Monster name: Necron
Party or solo: Party (8-player Trial)
Trial: The Ageless Necropolis (Normal)
Steps:
1. Party member disconnects prior to, or during, the solo segment of the trial.
2. Other players clear the solo segment, but Necron is nowhere on the field.
3. The player in question reconnects and returns to the party, but Necron still doesn't show up.
4. The entire party chooses jump off the platform to wipe and restart the trial, but in the process Necron re-appears once the previously DC'd player jumps and is KO'd.
Earlier in trial roulette, a party member, a SCH, disconnected prior to or during the solo add phase where players are isolated and must defeat three sets of hands before escaping the area.
Once the rest of the party was together, Necron would not re-appear, even after the SCH re-connected and rejoined the party. With no means to progress, we decided to jump off the platform to reset the trial. Necron finally re-appeared once the SCH specifically jumped off and was KO'd, leading us to believe that a clear of the solo segment and/or an actual KO from every party member was required to trigger the boss returning to the field.
