So is there like a correlation between Hrothgar players and crafting?

Been cosmicmaxxing last few days and have noticed throughout my time doing CE there's a lot of Hrothgar. Like, A LOT of Hrothgar, way more than I see in the other hubs or other duties. It cannot be a coincidence

Is there some kinda inexplicable connection between being a Hrothgar player and wanting to be a crafter that i'm missing?
