First of all. this is not attack on all raiders. this is attack on raid-leaders that result in bashing and degrading there teammates or make reallife death threats when someone fails a mechanics.
first of all if someone is doing this behavior rather its on discord. in-game dont fight back record it and report it get these people banned. it send it to squire-enix they get banned for it. second. people act like this this effects whole raid community as whole. cause this is gonna make people become casual. watch is whole lot funner then getting verbally abused by some angry static leader. some of them even blinded to fact they can be elitist jerk
its human nature to generalize things. so when large group of players start being elitist and jerky. this causes people not want to do your content at all. doesnt matter who it with. cause people dont enjoy being talked down too not understand that concept.
then listening to someone degrade you or shout at you. toss homophobic or racist slirs at you. if your doing these types of things you are not fit to lead. your not fit to even play the game
Also just cause you do prog doesn't make you more important anyone else who plays this game. you are a player like everyone else trying have fun enjoy this game. do not use the fact that you have level 100 or do savage content. that you are superior to everyone else. cause that doesn't work shouldnt work.

If you do not like what someone posts. do not have to reply too it. unless your trying cause drama watch normally is the case. normally this drama is cause my savage raiders who think they are better then everyone else. that there some sort internet god that should be worshipped there opinions are only opinions that should matter. watch again dead wrong
but we all know drama is what savage raiders live for. sense you find all types of drama or conflict of them raging all over internet. again no one is perfect. but they sure think they are perfect lets humble them as community and remind them. they are human too prone to make mistakes. they are just another player they have no right to govern this game what goes in what goes out of it
