Party or solo: Alliance Raid (Windurst: The Third Walk)
While finishing the whole alliance raid and once people began to roll for the items i noticed i had rolled a 99 Need on the item "Ballroom Etiquette - Dignified Derision", excited of finally getting the drop, as the rolls finished i noticed the book leaving the loot window and no "victory" chime coming from the item, and it wasn't in my inventory.
Checking the logs i noticed that it said i did cast my lot for the item but when the rolling started my name didn't show up, giving the item to the person with the 96 roll.
Steps:
1. Finish final encounter of Alliance raid (Windurst: The Third Walk)
2. Roll Need 99 on item.
3. Another person receives the item.
I do have copies and a screenshot of the logs and can post an excerpt if needed
