One thing that's always broken my XIV immersion is when you go to one of the city-states and you see 100 people just standing there being AFK. It looks so uncomfortable and awkward.
When IRL people are bored, they sit down, pull up a chair, or do something comfortable either on the ground or propping themselves up.
Instead of this being an /emote, I'm asking that it can just be an AFK animation so it automatically does so while you're away from the keyboard.
This would open up a wide variety of animations that players can have while they're AFK. It would look a lot more realistic seeing people comfortable while waiting for a response from the player.
I know there really aren't AFK animations yet, but this would be a great opportunity to customize your character to relax or sit or rest on the ground. With these action changes coming in Evercold, perhaps this could be an opportunity to change things up and personalize our players.
