Hello, I just wanted to put this out I'm not sure if anyone has ever made a post similar to this, but I feel like this needs to be done. It's been far too long where the same players are stuck in Platinum Rank and most of these players are either purposely disrupting gameplay by not wanting to play, or they refuse to interact with the teams they're in. I feel like this demoralizes players from playing and causes frustrations in players who actually queue up wanting to win as opposed to those who queue up and throw tantrums and use play dead at base and not want to play at all.
If there wasn't a safety net to keep the people who do this kind of behavior, they will drop into lower ranks which I feel is a adequate consequence for such behavior. Considering the fact that Platinum Rank is just 2 Ranks away from Crystal Rank which gives players their guaranteed PvP weapon for the season. I wish and hope Square Enix and other players who think alike will agree with this. I know some players will not agree with this and that's fine, we're all entitled to our own opinions. I hope this will keep the players who want to lose into lower ranks and the players who want to climb will continue to climb with others who want to win.
