Questions regarding the Steam version

Hi y'all. I apologize if this is a long read. I made an account on here just to ask this.

I started playing the free trial for this game a couple months ago and I am obsessed. I've made the decision to buy the full game since I am genuinely enjoying it so much.

After doing much research regarding the compoluded process of buying this game, I've concluded that I will be buying the Complete Edition on Steam. I know not everyone is fond of the Steam version of this game, but I kinda have no choice unfortunately. I wanted to buy the standard SE Store version, but unfortunately my country is not listed in the checkout section of the SE store. If I were to buy the standard version, I would have to enter a fake address, which would be considered fraud and I don't wanna risk any of that. So I've opted for the Steam version to save myself any payment headaches.

Now here's some questions I wanted to ask regarding the Steam version. Please read carefully:

  • Both my SE account's and my Mogstation's account country/region information is set correctly to the country which I live in (Serbia) and the region that I live in (Europe & Other Regions). My Steam account region is also set correctly to Serbia/Europe. I pay for all of my games with my European Visa in the EUR currency on Steam. Will region lock be any kind of an issue for me? I think I have no real reason to believe it would be an issue in my case, but I'd like a second opinion.
  • I started playing on the standard Windows free trial version from SE's website. Can I transfer to the Steam full version with my current account and character, or do I have to start over completely?
  • Can I purchase subscriptions and cosmetics from the Mogstation using my Steam Wallet? And does Mogstation recongize my Steam Wallet as a valid payment method immediately after I register my Steam CD key?

What I'm already aware of is the following.

  • I'll never be able to play the free trial version again.
  • I'm aware this game requires a monthly subscription service. This is not a problem for me.
  • If I get the Steam version, I'm locked into it forever and there is no switching to the standard version.
  • I'm aware that Steam could go down in which case I will be unable to play the game until Steam goes back up. I have no problems with this, I can just continue playing once Steam is back up.

Is there anything else I should know regarding the Steam version and the process of buying it? Thank you all in advance for information.
