Question in regards to rules to GMs

I Need clarification whether automated macro chat is appropriate or not, since i have no idea and google AI suggested first using contact support desk GM feature, which replied to me with generic AI generated i imagine - "Go read the rules noob", but because i'm ASKINg a question EXACTLY About a rules and how to interpret them, i need a human answer from official GM/support fella and not auto-responses.

this was my question:

>If i create a macro with a content of this :

"Hello, you look Great today person! Unfortunately i cannot have human interactions with you due to ToS, so have a nice day!"

would this be considered inappropriate/against the rules?

I got a warning and i'm trying to adjust my behaviour for "Inappropriate language in public channels" (i naturally have no idea what i said, caz its insane to think people would remember what they said even yesterday, assuming there is no malicious intent aka targeted harassment).

Since its impossible for me to know what i said, because "privacy/extremely vague ToS covering everything", the only option for me left is to stop human interactions altogether?
Perhaps this is the way it is on Japanese servers or smtn, good behaving robots, extremely polite, never swearing, really an utopia! The stuff of dreams.
Anyways, not like GM's appoint policy/create ToS, so i'm barking at the wrong tree, so back to question - IS THIS MACROS OKAY? DOES IT NOT VIOLATE RULES?

Sorry if i came off as sassy/sarcastic, i'm just old and find this "violation" questionable considering i had zero malicious intents towards anyone or anything, but its all up to the interpretation of extreeeeemely vague Rules/TOS + GM judgement i guess?

Help me out here or tell where exactly can i ask a question like that (correct subforum moving or smtn, i have no idea, as i said before google ai suggested using ingame support desk feature of contact GM which i did, and i got the usual auto response "go read rules and guess what we think!"
