Hi all, fairly new player here. I'm in ARR but just got to Lv50 paladin and decided to hop into the daily roulette. The only one available to me is Leveling Lv16, which I thought was supposed to restrict me to Lv16 upon entering. I switched to my gladiator loadout because as I understand it, I wouldn't be able to use any skills over whatever level I'm synced to (16), but when I entered the dungeon I wasn't scaled down and still had all of my paladin skills. Unsurprisingly I did very poorly and died multiple times to the Lv47 enemies since I had early game gladiator armor and no paladin stone. (If anyone from that party is reading this, very sorry again for that sad showing.)
Am I grossly misunderstanding something about the roulette system? I've accidentally gotten into the situation before where I couldn't use my abilities due to being overleveled so I wanted to avoid that. Does the leveling roulette not actually have a level limit, and should I just keep my paladin loadout for those?
