please consider making Blue mage special class that can be set role Tank, DPS and Healer for DF, and make like restrict the skill that can be only by each role or making some kind of talent skill for each role (similar like WOW talent and role)
I know this might sacrifice Jack All Round job characteristic of the job, but this is better than very limited function for this class
as well, incoming beast master to adjusted like this as well
