Went into a merc party looking to pay people gil for a clear. Oh he got the clear, but i was so mad that i left the group early before i remembered that i needed to stay for the gil. Should have stayed in bed. Had to make myself get out of bed to check for merc parties since i need gil, since i spent so much on potions progging the tier the first two weeks.
I join PTT. I think to myself "hmm, how to make this easy. Maybe ill tell the OT ill take the last tower, and once he sees my holm fall off, walk in." We get in and PLD says "Hey WAR, ill take last tower. Lets share the first three hits first though." I said "ok. Sounds good," because i can literally adapt to anything/super comfy on the fight.
Bro, after the fight was over, i see why the OT wanted it done the way it was done. I was scammed. I was told healers like ptt because they can burst. Idk about that, but im never joining a ptt again. Just like this streamer im watching right now on twitch said, he agreed and said he always says ttp or goodbye. Thats my attitude from now on. Ptt is basically "hahaha if someone dies, its gonna be you!"
Mch kills me on 2 way fireball from being in NW corner for some reason and not there to help absorb the blow. SCH behind me. I rez and go into second heartbreak, soak a hit, invuln. Time for third heartbreak. All i have left is rampart and bloodwhetting. I took one hit. Got essentially 0 significant heals, and died on the second blow. As this streamer explained, "people think tanks have everything back up for the third heartbreak, but thats not true. We just used some for the towers right before." And thats very true. Ive got 320k hp and 786 ilvl, and with rampart, thrill, and bloodwhetting, i survive the tower with 10% hp, so i switched up and use 40% on tower plus thrill and bloodwhetting and survive a lot better, because im not sure if i trust everything going on in pf every time. With rampart and bloodwhetting left on the final heartbreak, one tick took me to 40% hp with me already having weakness from the mch killing me, and i just died. Felt totally scammed and neglected as collateral damage for the kill. Never doing it again. This was very close to server reset time, so i got out of bed and got scammed and not enough time left for a redemption clear before weekly reset. Never doing it again.
