PS5 license not attaching to my account even after buying the full game.

My PSN account was originally linked to my Square Enix account through the PS5 free trial. I later purchased the full version digitally on PS5, but the PlayStation platform license is not attaching to my existing service account in Mog Station. My Windows license is visible and active, but PlayStation is missing. I've tried restoring the license on PS5, deleting and redownloading, and nothing seems to attach my license to the PS5 version. Please let me know how to solve this so I can play on my much more comfortable ps5 setup!
