**Roles Needed**
* **1x Phys Ranged DPS**
* **1x Healer (shield *or* regen — either is fine)**
* **1x Tank
**Schedule**
* **Tuesday & Wednesday**
* **9:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET**
**About Us**
We’re a midcore group with a strong focus on **consistency, steady progression, and good vibes**. We learn quickly and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, but because our raid hours are limited, we value preparation and efficiency. We know when to joke around — and when to lock in.
We’re not trying to rush the tier as fast as possible — our goal is **steady, sustainable progress** without burnout or pressure.
**Goals**
* Steady progression through the tier
* Weekly reclears (including for alt jobs)
**Expectations**
* Prior Savage experience preferred
* Come prepared (studied fights, food, pots, melds)
* Show up on time and respect everyone’s raid hours
* Be open to feedback and willing to improve
* Communicate absences ahead of time
* Respectful attitude — no toxicity or blame culture
* Discord VC required (mic optional, listening required)
* **Clears outside the group are totally fine**, but we ask that you **wait to clear new fights until after our Tuesday/Wednesday raid nights** so progression stays aligned for the group
We’ll likely do **short trials** to make sure the fit is good on both sides.
