Prefulgence (PVP) has incomplete/incorrect tooltip text

The tooltip Prefulgence PVP action for Red Mage appears to be missing text. Initially I had assumed that this is due to character limits for action tooltips, RDM's but Enchanted Zwerchhau action is longer (and Scholar's PVP action Seraphism is significantly longer).

1. There is no "Prefulgence" status effect. The Embolden PVP action grants the "Prefulgence Ready" status effect.
2. Prefulgence cannot be added to a hotbar, which is typically indicated by the text "※This action cannot be added to a hotbar." (For example, this text appears on the other Red Mage PVP actions which share a hotbar assignment with a preceding action like Scorch.) This text is not included on the tooltip.

Suggested correction to make Prefulgence PVP more accurate (and consistent with other PVP actions):
