Possible solution for Jollibee code rejections for in-store orders

I went and had lunch there today and my receipt got rejected like many others did. I was reading through some of the comments, and I saw someone mention scratch-off cards with codes on them.

I called my store and asked about these cards and the manager told me they were only for people who got rejected after submitting online. I drove back out there, showed her my receipt and my rejection e-mail. She took photos of both and then handed me the scratch-off card. I entered the code on the mogstation and it worked so I now have the emote.

I didn’t want to roll the dice on customer support fixing it. If they don’t fix it, it would be kind of crazy, but who knows. You can try this method, maybe it will work for you. YMMV. You may want to call ahead first especially if the store is not close by. The location I went to was in Torrance, CA.
