Portraits not asking me if I want to update

So I was changing an outfit up for one of my classes. When I hit update the gear set I notice it didnt prompt me to update the portrait. Ive tried multiple jobs and they all have the same issue. It works if I manually open up the portraits setting and update it there.

Anyone have this issue before?
