Playing MAC license on Windows

[RSS News]

I am trying really hard to get my friend back into FF XIV. He played all the way back when stormblood was releasing and played on MAC. He is now a windows gamer, but is hesitant to pay for another license. Anyway to play on windows with his MAC license?
